  • Where do you ship to?
    SWIPFOUNDRY ships worldwide to its customers, with the exception of Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea as shipping to these countries is unfortunately outside of our control. For further details please see our SHIPPING page.
  • What does shipping cost?
    Shipping fees are kept simple at SWIPFOUNDRY. Shipping is free for orders totalling $50 or more and a flat $7 fee for anything under. For further details please see our SHIPPING page.
  • Where is my order?
    Orders are passed to manufacturing as soon as payment clears. Usually manufacturing takes between 2 and 7 working days. Following this, your order will be shipped to you and you will be sent a tracking number through email. Shipping times variy by location and details can be found on our SHIPPING page. You can track the status of your orders within your MEMBERS section throughout. If you have any concerns about your order, you can contact the SWIPFOUNDRY team HERE.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    At SWIPFOUNDRY, all orders are bespokely manufactured for customers. As such, SWIPFOUNDRY cannot cancel an order once it has been processed and does not offer refunds or exchanges on its products for buyer remorse or incorrect sizes.   • My order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe. Now what?
    We're extremely sorry if your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframes. Orders are usually manufactured within 2 and 7 working days, after which they are shipped to your stated address. After your shipping confirmation email, if the order hasn't arrived in the expected timeframes communicated HERE, then please CONTACT US immediately and we'll investigate. It is vital that you contact us no later than 2 weeks after the estimated shipping timeframe has passed, otherwise we may not be able to investigate in time. If after investigating, the order is confirmed as lost in transit then we'll manufacture and ship a replacement at our cost.
  • My item has arrived but is faulty. Now what?
    We are extremely sorry if there is a manufacturing fault in your order. As a responsible business, we accept that on rare occasions problems can occur in manufacturing. If this is the case, we will work tirelessly to put things right and want you to be reassured we will replace or refund the item as necessary. It is vital that you report any manufacturing faults to us on arrival and no later than 1 week after receipt of the order, otherwise we won't be able to investigate in time.
